Before joining the family business, Tal developed a multidisciplinary background in marketing, business development, and law. She led growth and engagement initiatives for a consumer brand before gaining experience at prominent law firms in Boston’s Back Bay. Her broad professional foundation allows her to evaluate opportunities thoughtfully, communicate with clarity, and bring sound judgment to complex real estate matters.

Tal earned her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. She brings a modern, forward-looking perspective to an established family enterprise while remaining grounded in the relationships, integrity, and personal service that have long defined the business.
