In 1898, Jacob Saunders prioritized meticulous care of his buildings, and we continue that tradition today. We believe that to invest in real estate is to invest in a city’s present, future, and shared history. For that reason, we especially celebrate the preservation of our Boston historic and other iconic buildings, to leave as a legacy for future generations of Bostonians.

Environmental Initiatives

In 2021, Saunders Real Estate was honored to sponsor the planting of 5,000 trees through the Arbor Day Foundation. These trees are sequestering 6,672 metric tons of carbon, equivalent to taking 1,451 cars off the road for a year!

In 2022, we have chosen to sponsor Friends of the Public Garden, helping to care for and sustain the Boston Public Garden, Boston Common and Commonwealth Avenue Mall. We are so pleased to help support these public green spaces, which greatly benefit our local environment and our communities.
