Lisa M. Saunders represents the 4th Generation of Saunders Real Estate. She currently oversees all aspects of the company’s real estate portfolio, which includes approximately 2,000,000 square feet of commercial, retail, event, exhibition and residential space throughout New England. Lisa is responsible for leasing, asset management and the formation of strategic business plans for all Saunders properties. Under her leadership, the company’s buildings have maintained an occupancy rate of 90% or higher. She enjoys helping tenants find innovative solutions for their office space and beyond.

 

Lisa places high value on the formation of strong relationships in professional and personal life. She is always happy to hear from her tenants and business associates, and she strives to ensure that Saunders tenants have a personal line of communication any time she or the company can be of assistance.

 

During her decades in the real estate industry, Lisa has held various local leadership roles. She currently serves as a Commissioner with the Back Bay Architectural Commission and is a member of numerous organizations including the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, New England Women in Real Estate, Back Bay Association, Newbury Street League, Chaine des Rotisseurs, Boston Rotary, and many others. Especially important to Lisa is her decades-long membership with the Hundred Club of Massachusetts, an organization that works to support families of first responders who have fallen in the line of duty. Lisa is a licensed Real Estate Broker, as well as a current Candidate for Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition, she is passionate about community service and cares deeply about neighboring communities in Greater Boston and beyond.

 

Lisa holds a degree in Management from Simmons College. As an alumna, she has served as a Lecturer and a Leadership Council Member.
