Anne Rogan brings more than 30 years of real estate expertise. As Director of Property Management for Saunders Real Estate, she oversees the company’s diverse portfolio of buildings, including The Saunders Building at 20 Park Plaza, 29-33 Newbury Street, 35 Newbury Street, 39-45 Newbury Street, and many more properties in Boston and beyond.

Prior to joining Saunders Real Estate, Anne was Asset Manager at Capital Properties, a New York firm where Anne managed both residential and commercial multi-million-dollar properties in multiple states along the east coast. She oversaw the Historic Custom House Renovation Project in Boston and Chatham Bars Inn on Cape Cod.

During her career she has developed highly successful teams focused on customer service. Along with her Saunders team, she strives to ensure all buildings are impeccably maintained and tenant expectations are exceeded.
