The Back Bay is home to many world-class hotels. In recent hotel news, Boston Park Plaza Hotel (adjoining The Saunders Building) has now joined the Hilton family of hotels, with a brand new name: Hilton Boston Park Plaza! We welcome Hilton to our neighborhood, and we are excited to see how the Hotel will continue to thrive under Hilton’s stewardship.

News from 19 Arlington Street: Just across from the Public Garden, Thos. Moser Cabinetmakers has signed a 5-year lease extension on its 2,200 sf Boston showroom, continuing a twenty-year tradition at 19 Arlington Street. Thos. Moser is a Maine-based company making fine, handcrafted wooden furniture for more than 50 years. It has become an iconic part of the Back Bay, and we are Saunders Real Estate are delighted that this beautiful showroom will remain, a testament to the neighborhood’s continued prosperity.

The Boston Public Garden Swan Boats are open for the season. We are delighted to see this wonderful tradition continue in our neighborhood. We invite you to learn more about the Swan Boats and the Public Garden, which was the first botanical public garden in America, established in 1837.
Copley Square Farmers Markets are now open each Tuesday and Friday 11am-6pm. The market “features over three dozen Massachusetts farmers and food producers offering a vibrant selection of delicious produce, proteins, baked goods, ready-to-eat meals, alongside a host of other locally made products.” Presented by Mass Farmers Markets, Copley Square Farmers Market is an incredible opportunity for Back Bay commuters and residents alike to shop for local produce and artisan foods in an open-air setting. Coming to Boston and The Saunders Castle beginning October 17: “Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition,” featuring lavish recreations of elements from the ship, along with more than 250 artifacts recovered from the Titanic site.
