We are pleased to announce that Valentino and Loro Piana have signed renewal agreements for their iconic locations at The Peabody Building, 39-45 Newbury Street. As always, we at Saunders Real Estate are so proud of our incredible tenants, and we’re delighted that these two amazing retailers have chosen to remain on Newbury Street.

Valentino has maintained its 2,700 sf retail store at 47 Newbury Street since 1986.

Loro Piana’s 4,000 sf retail store at 43 Newbury Street first opened in 2006.
